- You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
B. Account Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
- You may delete your account at any time through your account settings

- Violate any local, state, or federal laws
- Harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against other users

- Manipulate event visibility or artificially boost engagement
Violation of this policy may result in account suspension or termination.
6. Event Listings
A. Responsibility
- Event creators are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their event information
- You warrant that you have the authority to post the event and all content included
B. Content Requirements
- Event titles and descriptions must be accurate and clearly describe the event
- Images must be original or properly licensed
- Events must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
- Prohibited events include those involving illegal activities, hate, or discrimination
C. Content Removal
- We may remove any event listing that violates these Terms or our policies
- Repeat violations may result in account termination
7. Intellectual Property Rights
A. User‑Generated Content
- You retain ownership of event information and images you upload
- By posting content, you grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform and through our AI audience‑targeting services
B. Platform Content
- All Platform design, text, graphics, and functionality are owned by Your Town's Event Guide and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit this content without permission
8. Payment and Fees
A. Listing Costs
- Basic event listings are free
- Premium features or promotional services may require payment
- All prices are displayed before checkout
B. Payment Terms
- Payments are processed securely through third‑party payment processors
- We do not store full credit card information
- All transactions are non‑refundable unless otherwise specified
C. Taxes
- You are responsible for any applicable sales, use, or other taxes on your transactions
9. AI‑Powered Audience Targeting
Our Platform uses AI technology to match events with relevant audiences based on location, interests, and search behavior. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee specific reach or attendance numbers. Event promotion success depends on event quality, relevance, and market demand.
10. Limitation of Liability
A. Disclaimer of Warranties
- The Platform is provided "as‑is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
- We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or secure
- We do not guarantee event attendance or specific promotional outcomes
B. Limitation of Damages
- In no event shall Your Town's Event Guide be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Platform in the past 12 months or $100, whichever is less
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Your Town's Event Guide, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third‑party rights.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without notice or liability, for violations of these Terms or conduct we deem harmful to the Platform community.
13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA.
B. Arbitration
- Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings
- You and the Company agree to arbitrate claims on an individual basis, not as part of a class action
C. Exceptions
Small claims court proceedings are permitted for disputes under $5,000.
14. Modification of Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the Platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be removed, and remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
16. Entire Agreement
